3. Dumbbell Chest Press

The dumbbell chest press is an excellent exercise for isolating and strengthening the pectoral muscles. It also engages the shoulders and triceps, making it a well-rounded upper-body workout.
Pick up both dumbbells and, keeping your elbows slightly bent, raise your arms toward the ceiling and open them outward as if stretching a garter – this movement is perfect for toning the chest.
Perform 3 sets of 10–12 repetitions.
